1. How do I book a call do discuss my requirements?

There are 2 types of calls available. One call is a free 30 minutes discovery call, this is a call for you if you know what you want to delegate and the discovery call is to discover if we would be compatible. The second call is a 90 minutes in-depth clarity call for £129 and this is for you if you need clarity on the tasks you need to delegate. You may have a lot going on and unsure how we could help. This call unpacks your current situation in relation to task overload. Both calls are with Nehal.

2. Do you offer in-person clarity sessions? 

Yes, you can meet Nehal in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire. The in-person clarity session is 2 hours long and includes tea/coffee. Bring your laptop, tablet and to-do list and feel free to share your issues. This is a structured session, going through activities, questions and actionable steps to move forward. 3. Are you insured?

Yes, we have Professional Indemnity, Public Liability and Cyber Liability Insurance.

4. Are you ICO registered, and do you have a privacy policy?

5. Do you have a Data Processing Agreement? 

Yes, this will need to be signed prior to working with Tidy Notes VA. 

6. Do you have a Virtual Assistant Agreement in place? 

Yes, this will need to be signed prior to working with Tidy Notes VA. 

7. Do you sign Non-Disclosure Agreements? 

Yes, this is no problem and has been signed in the past. 

8. What are the costs of hiring Tidy Notes VA? 

Tidy Notes VA offers a range of packages tailored to the type of work you need. For ongoing monthly support, prices start at £380 for 10 hours of assistance. The minimum commitment is 10 hours, but you can purchase additional hours as needed. For one-off projects, we provide bespoke pricing packages.

9. What if I don’t use all my hours in one month? 

We don’t roll over hours and encourage you to use them up. We regularly review the hours you use each month and if we feel you are best suited to a lower package, then we will adjust the hours. 

10. What happens if I use all my hours in the month and need more hours? 

That’s ok, you can add hours on providing the team have capacity to carry out the additional work 

11. Who will carry out my work? 

We will assess your task list and assign the most suitable VA to handle the work. Depending on your requirements, more than one VA may be involved, but we will keep this to a minimum.

12. How many associate VA’s do you have available? 

There are associates with varying expertise. All of the associates have a signed agreement with Tidy Notes VA. You will be matched with the VA that closely matches your requirements and their expertise.

13. What is the process when starting to work with Tidy Notes VA? 

You start off with a discovery (30 mins) or clarity call (90 mins) with Nehal. After the call, you’ll receive an email summarising the discussion and providing a quote. Once you’re ready to proceed, confirm your approval. Then, sign the Virtual Assistant and Data Processing Agreement. Schedule a 1-hour onboarding call and pay the invoice before the call. After that, work begins!

14. Is the 1 hour onboarding call taken out of my monthly hours? 

No, the onboarding call is not part of your monthly hours. 

15. What are the methods of payment? 

You can do a bank transfer and set up a standing order/direct debit for monthly retainer packages. Or you can pay by debit or credit card using the secure link provided on the invoice. 

16. How do you track your time? 

We use Toggl and Clockify time tracking software. We provide reports if required.
